Stratix Systems is pleased to announce that it has completed the strategic acquisition of office equipment dealership block Business Solutions (block.com), based in York, PA.

The company will trade as “block, a Stratix Systems company.” John Schriver, CEO of block, will continue to lead the new organization.

According to Brent Simone, President of Stratix Systems, “It’s a great match. The acquisition of block represents another major milestone in both the growth of Stratix Systems and the capabilities and services available through block Business Solutions.”
