On October 1st, 2014, Century Office Products became Stratix Systems.
The timing of this positive change is deliberate and coincides with the company’s strategic direction, which has been carefully executed since our parent organization, Stratix Group, acquired Century Office Products in 2009.
It is important to share with you that over the past five years, we have successfully transformed Century Office Products into a true business technology company—providing IT Support and Managed Services, Printing and Imaging Systems, and Electronic Document Management Solutions.
Most important, however, we have instilled our absolute and unwavering commitment to responsive client and technical support. It is what has enabled Stratix Systems to triple its growth over the last decade, and is the very foundation of our business.
We have worked diligently to ensure this transition is as easy on our clients as possible. As a result, there will be no change to our phone numbers and address (aside from the Stratix Systems name). And, to ensure your questions are answered, a representative from our organization will be contacting you to schedule an in-‐person meeting to explain in detail the changes we have made as well as what the future holds.
On October 1st, we are simply taking the final step in transforming Century Office Products. It is a new name that reflects our advanced and advancing technology: Stratix Systems. But, whether Century Office Products or Stratix Systems, our goal is the same: to earn your continued business by being the most knowledgeable, reliable name in business technology.
